We're excited to announce that STC Chicago has been named a Community of Excellence for 2009-2010. Dan Dornbrook, chapter president, will receive the award at this year's Summit in Dallas. The citation on the award will read:
"For guiding a successful e-learning and technology showcase, embracing social media to enhance communication among your members, and supporting technical communication students with scholarships"
Thank you to everyone in our chapter and the Chicago-area technical communication community for your participation and support of our activities and events. We look forward to working with you even more in the 2010 - 2011 year!
